When you fill out the contact form or send a quote request from the calculator, we receive: your name, company name (if provided), email address, and phone number (if provided).
This data is only ever given by you, directly through the form — the site has no tracking scripts or other data sources.
How we use it
The data we collect is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and — if you choose to proceed — provide the service.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
The site only uses strictly necessary cookies — required for it to function, and exempt from consent requirements:
Language preference — remembers which interface language you selected.
Admin session — authenticates staff signed in to the admin panel (used only by our team).
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — protects forms from automated abuse.
No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry data is kept for as long as the service relationship continues, plus any additional period required by law.
You can request deletion of your data at any time — just write to the contact address below.
Third parties
Cloudflare — delivers the site and provides DDoS protection and bot filtering (CDN/security).
SMTP2GO — delivers emails sent from the contact form and the pricing calculator.
These providers only process your data to perform the technical service described.
