Important technical notes

  • A separate DKIM record isn't needed — signing is handled by SMTP2GO via the s..._domainkey CNAME
  • A domain can only have one SPF TXT record. If you have an old one (e.g. from Cloudflare Email Routing's include:_spf.mx.cloudflare.net), remove it — two SPF records breaks SPF entirely
  • If you're using Cloudflare Email Routing, disable it first — it auto-removes its own MX/SPF/DKIM records
  • DNS changes can take 24-48 hours to propagate
